The Citizens Justice Amendment

The Citizens Justice Amendment
A proposed Constitutional Amendment designed to ensure that the rest of the Constitution be followed.
Whereas there is a national crisis in which the federal government and its judiciary is exceeding its constitutional authority, and whereas the majority of American people fear and mistrust their government, We the people of the United States, hereby do petition the Congress to enact the following measures as an Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America.
In all proceedings in the Courts of the United States the right to a jury trial shall be guaranteed where the sum in controversy is $10.,000. or more.
Those federal regulatory bodies now operating under administrative law are abolished. The Congress shall take measures to ensure that in all exercise of police powers of the federal government, the right to a jury trial in all controversies involving the sum of ten thousand dollars or more shall be upheld.
From this date on, no judge or magistrate may serve in the Courts of the United States unless he or she has been elected by a plurality of the vote.
From this date on, no proceeding may be heard in the presence of a jury unless the jury is informed that they have the right of nullification.
Federal Reserve Notes shall no longer be legal tender in the United States. The paper currency of the United States shall be denominated in hours and minutes to give value to the labor of working people, and an issuing authority shall be appointed by Congress. Said issuing authority shall be fully owned by the American people and administered by the Department of Treasury. The coinage of the United States, denominated in hours and minutes, shall only be minted in gold, silver or platinum.
Neither Congress nor any of the states shall have the authority to tax income, real estate, personalty or estates. The power to tax shall be limited to the retail sale of goods, and through tariffs. The right to own personalty or realty shall not be infringed by taxation.
Any right enjoyed by an individual shall also accrue to partnerships, trusts, corporations or other business entities. No legal entity shall be required to be represented by a licensed attorney. The Courts and the laws shall be overhauled to be user friendly to eliminate the dependency on lawyers, so that no litigant shall be prejudiced by lack of counsel.
